Do you have questions about digital government services?
There are a number of ways that users can get in touch with the government. Most services can be accessed online and many of these services are only accessible to people with a so called DigiD. Your DigiD is how your verifiy your identify when you are arranging your affairs online. Are you having problems applying for a DigiD, activating the DigiD app or do you need help with other online issues?
Come to the IDO (Government Digital Information Point) at our library. Our specially trained librarians will be happy to help or refer you to the correct local authorities for further assistance.
This service is free, even if you are not a member of the library.
